2)Aadhaar Consent Letter. Download Link
3)CSCSPV & VLE Agreement for 3 years.
4)IMPS/NEFT of 25000 in Favour of “CSC e Governance Services India Limited “ payable at "New Delhi"
6)03 Undated Cheque of amount 25000/-
7)Maintain a minimum balance of Rs 5000 in his/her wallet.
Note1: Submit all above mentioned documents, the same will be verified and checked, if your information is authentic and correct, then we will inform you accordingly and then do NEFT and IMPS of 25000 in CSC account.
