Ujala - Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL)
This
is to inform you that now you can order a LED Bulbs, Tube lights and the
Ceiling Fan under UJALA scheme.
Major
Roles to be played by all VLE’s under this Services:
Ø
Procurement of UJALA products through Digital Seva Portal.
Ø
Sale of UJALA products as per the listed MRP.
Ø
Mandatory entry of the product issuance to each customer. This data will
be required to process VLE payment.
Ø
VLEs who have received stock, have to punch on Digital Seva Portal.

Note:
Minimum order quantity is 100 LED Bulbs, 20 tube lights and 04 Ceiling Fans
only.
1) Place an order:
Open and login https://digitalseva.csc.gov.in/ and
search Ujala in the search box, Click on “Ujala – EESL” , If
you are a CSC/VLE agent, then click here
to login, then EESL portal will open, Click on Order-> Place an Order.
Personal Details required for placing an order: Name,
PAN Nos., Email id, Mobile nos, Order Quantity for Bulb/Fan/Tubelight, Delivery
Address with Pin code, District, Enter Captcha and finally Click on submit order.
Required amount will deduct form your wallet, an order
receipt will generate. VLE needs to collect his order from the nearest EESL Centre. VLE will
receive a call from EESL staff, who will confirm the pickup centre.
2) Mark date of Issue/Sale on Ujala product:
You are requested to mark the date of sale on the
bulbs/Tubelights/Fans with the help of permanent marker pen in the format given
below. Marking must be done on the equipment body not on the box.
Format: CSCID <xxxxxxxxxxxx>/State
Name/DD-MM-YYYY
For Ex- CSCID 1234 1234 1234/Haryana/09-02-17
3) Punching the sold Ujala Item on the portal to avoid hold
of payment:
Mandatory entry of the product issuance to each
consumer on the portal to process VLE commission. Consumer name, mobile number
and identity card no. must be provided on the EESL online portal, so that It
can be cross verified by Regional EESL Team.
4) Replace the Faulty Item:
Cick on Replace Appliance->Bulb replace by ID proof.
Personal Details required for replacing faulty Bulb: Name, ID Proof and its
nos, Mobile nos, Faulty Vendor, Replaced on (current , Replaced by, District,
qty replaced, Additional Information then click on Save & Submit. VLE will receive a call from
EESL staff for replacement.
